How to register for the conference

1. Select your ticket

You can choose between EMN members and non-members ticket. Early bird fees are directly applied to each category of tickets.

If you have a coupon, you can manually add it after selecting your ticket. 

2. Individual & Group Registrations

You can register up to 4 participants at the time, therefore purchase a maximum of 4 tickets for each registration. A 10% volume discount will be automatically applied on the 4th ticket purchased.

Do you need to register more than four participants? Once you finish the first registration, you will be able to start a new one directly by clicking "ADD ANOTHER PARTICIPANT" in the last page of the registration form. Once completed all the registrations you need, you will be able to check-out.

If you register a group, it is MANDATORY to complete the "GROUP INFORMATION" section of the registration form.

3. Payment & Invoice

Both online payment & bank transfer are allowed. Bank Transfer option will be available until the 5th of June due to organisational reason.

• In case you select "bank transfer", you must complete the transfer within 5 working days from the registration date. Should you fail to comply with the deadline, your registration(s) will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified by the organiser.
• In case you select "online payment", you will be re-direct to the payment page. If your online payment fail, you will be able to try again. Should you fail to complete the payment, your registration(s) will be automatically cancelled and you will be notified by the organiser.

Once your registration is completed, you will receive a proforma invoice attached to the confirmation email. You will receive the final invoice for your purchase after your payment is successfully received by the organiser and within 5 working days.
